2024 2nd International Conference on Remote Sensing, Mapping and Geographic Information Systems (RSMG 2024) will be held in Zhengzhou, China on July 19-21, 2024. The conference is sponsored by Henan Academy of Sciences, Henan University, Zhongyuan Science and Technology City, organized by Aerospace Information Resaerch Institute, Henan Academy of Sciences; The College of Geography and Environmental Science, Henan University; Henan Industrial Technology Academy of Spatio-Temporal Big Data.

The conference attracted more than 200 people from universities and local experts from home and abroad to attend the conference.

Oral presentations were made on topics such as "Night full-column ozone Retrieval for a new generation of geostationary satellites". The experts discussed the above topics and put forward their opinions and suggestions.
